Are you active and independent and perhaps ready to downsize from your present home? Are you looking for freedom from chores and home maintenance, as well as opportunities to socialize and try new activities in a small and friendly community setting? If so, our spacious studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, ensuite laundry, and walkout patios or balconies may be just what you’re looking for. This lifestyle offering includes emergency response and a call bell system, weekly housekeeping, and access to dining options, optional activities, amenities, and outings from the main residence, and much more.
Independent living

If you or your loved one are active and independent and want the flexibility and peace of mind to access a wide range of optional care and support services through Chartwell’s Care Assist Program, then independent living in your choice of studio or one-bedroom suites at Chartwell McConnell’s retirement residence may be exactly right for you. With 24/7 on-site staff support, delicious meals, housekeeping, and laundry all included, you’ll also have numerous activities and amenities right in the residence. Our Care Assist Program delivers à la carte and all-inclusive care options, such as help with your morning and evening routines, medication management, and much more!
We’re here to help you or a loved one understand your options and which service level will be the right fit for you. Our Health & Wellness Manager will also conduct an assessment before you move in to ensure you’re receiving the right level of care for your unique needs and preferences.
