Continue cooking in your suite’s full kitchen or join your neighbours in our dining room if you opt into a meal plan. You might like to opt into services by visiting professionals, such as our audiology clinic, blood pressure clinic, and dental hygienist.

Chartwell Meadowbrook’s contemporary seniors’ townhouses offer about 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, featuring two bedrooms, a full kitchen with modern appliances, in-suite laundry, private driveway, garage, patio, and monthly housekeeping.

With the main residence next door, you’ll also enjoy access to programs, activities, and amenities—all included in your rental package.

Independent living at Chartwell Meadowbrook offers a retirement lifestyle with the care and support you need for great quality of life, including three nutritious and tasty meals prepared for you every day, housekeeping, and full access to Chartwell Meadowbrook’s many amenities and activities.
You and your family can find peace of mind knowing that we have nursing staff on site, as well as the option of 24/7 access to our care staff. Our care services can be customized to fit your health and wellness requirements. Examples of care services you may elect to receive include medication management and help with your day-to-day needs—such as dressing, grooming, or bathing—in the comfort of your private suite. You can select other care services as you need them as well, including pharmacy services, lab services, and access to visiting healthcare professionals, including a physician and dental hygienist. As always, you can depend on our friendly staff to assist you as your needs evolve so you can enjoy your retirement with comfort and confidence. Our residents also tell us how much they value having long-standing staff as members of the care team, for continuity and quality care.
