Senior Living Suites and Pricing at Chartwell Meadowbrook in Lively

Welcoming and thoughtfully laid out, our suites, apartments and townhomes for seniors give you a range of options to match your lifestyle and needs. Independent living suites in our main residence offer a choice of inviting studios and one-bedroom layouts, some with a kitchenette. In our seniors’ apartments, there are one- and two-bedroom configurations with a full kitchen and a patio or balcony. And our brand-new townhomes offer about 1,100 square feet of living space, including laundry facilities, a full kitchen, and a patio, driveway, and garage. All of our accommodations are pet-friendly.

What services are included in a retirement residence in Lively?

The rental fee for our independent living suites covers a full-service lifestyle: three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV and telephone. You control your suite’s temperature via your individual thermostat. Additional paid services available range from outdoor parking and transportation services to in-suite meal delivery service, 24/7 access to staff for support, concierge services, and hair salon services.

The cost of our seniors’ apartments includes a full kitchen, laundry facilities, utilities (telephone, electricity, cable TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning) plus storage and an individual thermostat so you control your home’s temperature. You may decide to add other paid services such as transportation services, outdoor parking, a meal plan to dine in our dining room, housekeeping, and hair salon services.

The monthly rent for a senior townhome includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, an individual thermostat, as well as transportation services. You’re welcome to opt into a meal plan in our dining room too!
