Chartwell Cité-Jardin is a large retirement community with a total of six separate buildings connected by indoor passageways. Setting the standard for quality of life and convenient services, our secure care units are located on the first floor of one of the buildings. Our residents enjoy an interactive setting with 24/7 supervision, access to a charming outdoor terrace, a high staff-to-resident ratio, specialized meals and activities, dedicated amenities (dining room, lounge, and activity room), access to nursing staff, and much more.

Chartwell Domaine Notre-Dame is located on the former site of the Soeurs de la Charité d'Ottawa convent in the Hull sector of Gatineau. This residence has two dedicated floors comprising 72 care studios, all offering a full range of personalized services provided by dedicated and trained staff. We take a unique, person-centered approach to memory care by partnering with families to learn more about the individual lives of our residents to build more meaningful relationships.

Chartwell Monastère d'Aylmer is located in a building formerly occupied by the Redemptorist fathers in Old Aylmer, delighting you with its rich heritage and history. Located on the second floor of the residence, our secure care centre features 55 studios with a full range of personalized care services. These services include a variety of care options, such as therapeutic bathing, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, personalized care, as well as many other wellness service options.

Chartwell du Plateau is located in the heart of Gatineau’s Plateau District. Located on the third floor of the residence, our secure care centre features 27 care studios offering a wide range of personalized services. With a high staff-to-resident ratio, our team is able to build meaningful relationships with residents, and the carefully designed facilities create a stimulating and interactive environment.
