You can choose independent living in our main residence, which also provides you with lots of options for a flexible and worry-free retirement. Beyond your choice of comfortable suites, we also include a wide range of engaging and fulfilling activities and amenities found within our welcoming residence, and the peace of mind knowing our on-site nurse is here to help. Optional lifestyle services include receiving up to two meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and many more. Should you need more support, you can also choose from a range of personal care services, including help with your morning and evening routines, for example.
Meanwhile, our seniors’ apartments are an excellent choice for retirees looking to “right-size” from a larger home to a worry-free lifestyle that includes a sunny, pet friendly apartment with access to all of the activities, amenities, social gatherings, and services in our main residence, as well as optional services, such as a meal plan.

Our senior rental apartments offer the ideal balance of a simplified, maintenance-free lifestyle with convenience and community. Think of it as apartment living, but with access to on-site amenities, recreational programming and à la carte service options!
Chartwell Tranquility Place’s independent senior apartment building boasts contemporary architecture, bright and spacious suites, and a comfortable atmosphere. Here, you can select from beautiful one or two-bedroom suites, each equipped with a full kitchen that includes a stove-top, microwave and dishwasher—ideal if you enjoy cooking. Additionally, our two-bedroom suites are equipped with washers and dryers, with communal laundry space available on each floor of the building. Suite packages also include housekeeping, utilities, parking and 24-hour emergency response services.
Modern amenities, such as a fitness room, library, theatre room, salon and café, as well as engaging social experiences and recreational activities, are available to apartment residents on-site in the main retirement residence. If you're interested in further enhancing your packages, delicious dining options can also be added at an additional fee.

At Chartwell Tranquility, our goal is to help you age in place, offering you the flexibility and peace of mind to enjoy a full and fulfilling range of activities and amenities, with the option to choose both lifestyle and care services to meet your needs now and in the future.
Select from bright and spacious studio, one-bedroom, or one-bedroom-plus-den suites, some with kitchenettes, and patios or balconies to enjoy the fresh air and garden views. Your monthly suite rental fee includes peace of mind knowing that we have an on-site nurse and access to staff 24/7, should you have any medical concerns. Once you have chosen your suite, you are free to add optional services such as up to two meals a day, weekly or monthly housekeeping, access to laundry facilities, emergency pendant, and more.
You are also free to add optional personal care services should you require them, such as medication management, or help with daily activities, including your morning and evening routines, for example.
