You can opt for independent living suites with flexible services that you can customize according to your personal preferences and needs. Or you can choose to benefit from our assisted living services to receive the care and support services you need to live well. Long-term care is also available for seniors requiring the availability of 24-hour nursing assistance.

Assisted living is ideal if you’re a senior who needs assistance with your day-to-day tasks, such as medication management, help with your morning or evening routine, and much more. This option offers an excellent combination of useful services, including three delicious and nutritious meals plus snacks, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and round-the-clock on-site staff support, as well as personalized care right in your own suite. In long term care at Chartwell Crescent Gardens, you or your loved one will receive dedicated support for complex medical needs, including dementia support within a caring and secure setting. Housekeeping and specialized dining and recreational activities are an important part of long term care and are designed to support your comfort, wellness, and quality of life.
We offer both private and subsidized long term care options. For our private-pay suites, please contact us directly and we will put you in touch with our Director of Care. All applications to funded LTC homes in British Columbia are coordinated by Regional Health Authorities.
