What services are included in a retirement residence in Toronto? 

Your seniors’ apartment or townhome’s monthly fee includes multiple services: heating and A/C (controlled by you), telephone, Wi-Fi, monthly housekeeping service, our helpful 24-hour concierge, and chauffeured car for appointments and errands.  

With your safety in mind, we provide secured access to the residence, and you’ll have your own Personal Emergency Response Pendent that gives you fast access to our staff if you need assistance.  

You also will have full access to our extensive amenities, as well as our activities and events. If you wish, you’re free to add care services, up to two mails daily, indoor parking, storage, or scooter storage.
