Our Care Assist Program puts flexible health services at your fingertips. We’ll work with you to help you build a personalized care plan from a menu of services so you can be sure we’re supporting you in a way that addresses your unique health and wellness needs and preferences. We want you to feel your best to take advantage of all the benefits of independent living at Chartwell Southwind. We offer a range of care services, such as assistance with your day-to-day routine, medication management, or oxygen service, right in the comfort of your own private suite. Weekly housekeeping is also included with your rent, and you can decide to add a variety of other paid services, including parking, transportation services, and hair salon services if you like.
Should you require additional support temporarily—for instance, if you’re recovering from surgery or an illness, or if your health status changes—we can adapt our services. At Chartwell Southwind, our friendly and professional team members work with you to deliver customized care that fits your healthcare requirements and priorities. We have on-site staff available 24/7 to support you with the care you require to maintain your quality of life. Our residents and their families appreciate having the peace of mind that comes from knowing there is nursing staff on site as well. You may also opt to access other care services available through our trusted partners, including occupational therapy, pharmacy services, and lab services.
