What services are included in a retirement residence in Sudbury?
The rent for your accessible private suite includes a long list of services, starting with three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, and outdoor parking. Your utilities (heating, air conditioning, electricity, and cable TV) are also part of the rental package, and you have an individual thermostat with which to control the temperature of your suite. A 24-hour call button means you can reach our personable staff at any hour of the day or night. In addition, you can choose from optional services such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, concierge services, hair salon services, and transportation services.
