At Chartwell Pembroke Heritage, dining is about choice. Our food service team begins with fresh ingredients, using local, seasonal fare whenever possible, crafting meals that are both good, and good for you. We take into account the preferences and palates of residents, offering a diversified menu. You may be enjoying cream of celery soup, satisfying shepherd’s pie, and sumptuous Black Forest cake one night, and tucking into delectable cannelloni on another night, where an Italian theme is on offer.

If the featured menu is not to your liking, check out our à la carte menu, with its crowd-pleasing resident-favourite dishes, including entrées, soups, salads, showcase sandwiches, fruit, and desserts, and you’re sure to satisfy your cravings.

We craft our menus for each season to highlight ingredients from our local suppliers, cooking dishes from scratch to give you optimal taste and nutrition.

A huge part of the dining experience at Chartwell Pembroke Heritage is the atmosphere. You choose where you sit, and you’ll always find a welcoming smile and invitation to jump into the conversation. With large picture windows overlooking beautiful, natural views, our bright, modern dining room is the perfect complement to your delicious meal. Residents are always welcome to invite guests, or host a family dinner. And if you need a little pick-me-up, the self-serve bistro is handy, complete with oven, should you want to invite the grandkids over to bake some cookies. Freshly prepared snacks are also available.
