We offer three lifestyles for seniors at Chartwell Tiffin. Independent living is geared towards active or semi-active older adults looking for a worry-free retirement lifestyle with access to care if needed. Our assisted living floors are well-suited for those requiring additional daily assistance. We also have a dedicated and secure Memory Living floor to support older adults who are living with dementia.
Through our trusted health partners, you can access lab services, oxygen service, a visiting physician, foot care and more. But more than anything, our flexible care services allow you to relax: a nurse is on site, a call bell system in your suite quickly alerts us, day or night, and you’ll have the support you need from our caring staff.
Independent living
Care Services available
Our independent living residents enjoy all the comforts of home with none of the work that comes with household maintenance. With our Care Assist Program, we will partner with you to create a unique care plan outlining all of the supports you may require. Perhaps you’d like some assistance to take your medications consistently, or help with bathing, grooming, or getting around the residence? Your plan can change at any time—simply add or subtract services as needed. We also take care of cooking and cleaning. Your pet-friendly suite’s monthly fee includes three meals a day, plus weekly housekeeping, recreational activities, and fabulous on-site amenities.

Assisted living
Assisted living is an ideal lifestyle for seniors looking for additional support with their activities of daily living. You’ll work with our dedicated team to determine the areas you’d like help with—from medication supervision or vitals monitoring to having a friendly staff member escort you safely to meals and activities. We can provide everything from oxygen service to connecting you to our visiting physiotherapist.
In assisted living at Chartwell Tiffin, you’ll reside on an accessible and pet-friendly floor in our retirement residence with a dedicated dining room, where you’ll enjoy three meals a day, housekeeping, and lounges where we host our engaging activities.

Memory care
Chartwell’s Memory Living program was designed on the tenant of taking an individualized approach to caring for seniors living with dementia based on their unique needs, abilities, and interests. Located on a secure floor of Chartwell Tiffin Retirement Residence, our Memory Living Neighbourhood has been specially-designed for seniors living with cognitive impairment and offers a variety of suite types for both individuals and couples, as well as personalized care plans, tailored activities, family-style dining, and a dedicated Memory Living Manager and Social Worker for the support of families.
We’re here to help you or a loved one understand your options and which service level will be the right fit for you. Our Health & Wellness Manager will also conduct an assessment before you move in to ensure you’re receiving the right level of care for your unique needs and preferences.
