Located on a secure floor of our retirement home, Chartwell Tiffin’s Memory Living neighbourhood has been specially-designed for seniors living with dementia and offers a variety of suite types for both individuals and couples, as well as individualized care plans, tailored activities, family-style dining, and a dedicated Memory Living Manager and Social Worker for the support of families.
We are a safe and supportive environment for seniors living with dementia, as well as a resource for families who are looking for support during and after your loved one’s transition to memory care.

Our Memory Living Neighbourhood is a supportive setting with a warm, independent feel designed to help individuals living with dementia experience a good day, every day. Our trained and caring staff apply a person-centred approach to memory care by establishing strong social connections with all individuals, fostering trust and familiarity. Furthermore, we partner closely with residents’ families to better understand your loved one’s unique life story.Memory care support for families of residents
To form meaningful relationships with you and your loved one, we also offer the services of a dedicated Social Worker, should your family need support. That includes the delivery of orientation, facilitation of family conferences, and personal counseling services. Additionally, we encourage you and other family members to drop by any time for a meeting with our knowledgeable Memory Living Manager.Special program features for seniors with dementia
