Surrounded by gardens and green space, and tucked into a safe and quiet cul-de-sac, our residence features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, all with kitchenettes. We’ll help you choose a suite that matches your needs, preferences, and budget. Traditional studios offer you a living/sleeping area with closet, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Our larger one-bedroom suites include a living/dining room, separate bedroom with walk-in closet, full bathroom, and kitchenette for light meal preparation. If you have more furniture, or would prefer an extra bedroom, our spacious two-bedroom suites feature a living/dining room, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Chartwell Oak Park LaSalle’s independent living lifestyle offers excellent value for one inclusive fee, as well as the flexibility to choose a range of optional personal care services. Your monthly fee includes your suite (with kitchenette) rental, and a range of amenities and services: three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry, and weekly linen service. For safety and peace of mind, we also include a call-bell system, access to staff 24/7, and grab bars. Cable TV, heating, A/C, electricity, and individual thermostat control are also conveniently included. Our residence is pet friendly too!
