At Chartwell Royal on Gordon, you’ll have complete independence in our seniors’ townhomes, or you can choose one of our senior living suites in the main residence if you’d prefer to have access to care and support services. Both options boast a variety of convenient and flexible services that can make your life better.
Independent living
Care Services available
Our residents are independent and active, so they appreciate the peace of mind of having a private studio or one-bedroom suite in our residence so they can enjoy full access to all of our dining, activities, and amenities, along with flexible care services.
If you require any care or support—either short- or long-term—we can help. Care Assist is our care program that empowers you to select the wellness and personal care supports you require, such as medication management, help with your morning or evening routine, assistance with bathing, and much more. Your level of care will be highly personalized, and you can make changes at any time to ensure we’re meeting all of your needs and lifestyle preferences.
Your monthly fee also includes three delicious meals a day, weekly housekeeping services, and access to our optional activities, including our fitness, recreational and social programming. You’ll have all of the comforts of living in your own home, with none of the hard work and stressors! Plus, you’ll feel like an integral part of our tight-knit, warm community.
Seniors’ townhomes
Our senior townhomes are perfect if you’re looking for a beautiful community and you do not require any care services. Located next to our residence, the townhomes at Chartwell Royal on Gordon offer 1,000 square feet of living space, including two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry facilities and 24-hour emergency response services. You also have your own private driveway, garage, and front and back lawns, with landscaping and snow removal included in your monthly fee.
Our townhouse residents are welcome to come to the residence as often as they like to enjoy our activities and amenities, and can even opt into a meal plan.
We’re here to help you or a loved one understand your options and which service level will be the right fit for you. Our Health & Wellness Manager will also conduct an assessment before you move in to ensure you’re receiving the right level of care for your unique needs and preferences.
