If you’re looking to live in our pet-friendly residence, you have two suite options. There’s our studio suite that has everything you need in a cozy space. If you’re seeking more room for your belongings and furniture, consider a one-bedroom suite.

If you’re seeking more space and social opportunities, and you don’t require any of our care services, we have our modern seniors’ townhomes too. Our townhomes are right next door to our main residence and have all the benefits of living in a beautiful house with none of the worries. We provide the housekeeping and outdoor upkeep, all of your utilities like cable TV, heat and air conditioning, as well as safety features such as grab bars and a call bell for access to our staff, should you need it.

What services are included in a retirement residence in Guelph?

Your monthly fee covers all of our activities and amenities. Our suite plans include three meals a day, plus you can help yourself to our snacks and drinks from our bistro. If you opt for a townhome, you can choose to add a meal package if you like.

All of our suites also include convenient kitchenettes, as well as cable TV and heat and air conditioning controlled by your own thermostat. You’ll have a call bell, too, so you can quickly and easily get in touch with our staff.
