I booked a tour, what's the next step?
Once you book a tour of a Chartwell residence, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your tour, along with resources to help you prepare, including a tour checklist. One of our representatives will also reach out to confirm your selected date and time. We’re excited to see you!
What areas of the residence will I see during the tour?
During your tour, you will visit the areas of the residence that are most important for you to see, including shared spaces, amenities, and suites.
How long does the tour usually last?
Generally, residence tours are approximately an hour long but may be shorter or longer, depending on your needs and requests.
Can I meet the staff and current residents?
Absolutely! Throughout the tour, you will have the opportunity to chat with staff and residents.
Will I be able to see the different types of living arrangements available?
Yes, you will be shown a selection of suites for every care level the residence offers.
How many people can join me on the tour?
As many as you want! You are welcome to invite whomever you would like to join you on the tour.
Is there anything I need to prepare in advance of my visit?
You don’t have to prepare anything before your tour. We will email you a checklist with considerations that may be helpful for you during the tour. You are also welcome to bring a list of questions if you’d like.
