At Chartwell Christopher Terrace, you can choose from bright, refreshed, and updated studio or one-bedroom suites, some with kitchenettes and many overlooking our garden or greenspace. Every floor has a communal kitchenette where residents can make a light meal or snack too.

Cozy studio suites provide everything you need for comfortable living: a combined living/sleeping area with space for a sofa, bed, and dinette table, and full bathroom. Our larger one-bedroom suites feature a living/dining room, separate bedroom, and full bathroom.

Your one monthly fee at Chartwell Christopher Terrace includes your choice of studio or one-bedroom suite, and many other services, activities, and amenities, including the following: three delicious daily meals, weekly housekeeping, as well as linen service and access to laundry facilities. You’ll feel safe and secure knowing that we also include a call-bell system, access to staff on a 24/7 basis, security system, and secure entrance to the building. We offer transportation services and outdoor parking. Our residence is pet friendly.
