Our skilled and compassionate staff, including an on-site nurse, are here to help.
Need a bit of extra support? You can opt to receive care services for as long as you need them. These services may include help with getting ready for your day or evening, medication management, and much more. Plus, you’ll have access to additional services such as foot care, oxygen service, and a visiting physician. A Personal Emergency Response Pendant is included in your rent package, so you can rest assured you’ll have assistance at any time of the day or night.

Assisted living
Assisted living at Chartwell Wedgewood is an excellent choice if you need regular assistance with your daily tasks. Assisted living includes three nutritious, tasty daily meals and personal laundry and linen service. Weekly housekeeping and a daily room refresh mean your home is always an inviting space for you and your visitors. For your convenience assisted living residents have access to their own dedicated dining room and lounge on the floor.
You and your family can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that you have 24/7 access to support from our caring staff, as well as on-site nursing staff. Choose from a variety of health and wellness services, which range from medication management and help with your day-to-day routine (such as dressing, grooming, and bathing) to medication management, foot care, monitoring of vitals, and an escort to meals and activities. You can also have access to visiting healthcare professionals, like a pharmacist or physician. For comfort and convenience, our residents are provided with a Personal Emergency Response Pendant so you can easily request assistance around the clock.
