What services are included in a retirement residence in Brockville? 

The monthly rent for our independent living suites includes three nutritious, tasty daily meals every day, personal laundry services, transportation, and an individual thermostat—a nice detail, so you control your suite’s temperature.  

For assisted living residents, three quality daily meals are also part of your private suite rental fee. Your rental package includes weekly housekeeping, daily room refresh, personal laundry, linen services, and individual thermostat.  

In both independent living and assisted living, your utilities (heating, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi) are included in your rent. You may decide to opt into additional paid services like indoor or outdoor parking, storage, scooter parking, newspaper delivery, in-suite meal delivery service, hair salon services, or guest room rental. For peace of mind, you have 24/7 access to our staff for assistance, as well as a Personal Emergency Response Pendant.
