We take into account the preferences and palates of residents, offering a diversified daily lunch and dinner menu. How does a starter of carrot and coconut ginger soup or spinach salad with oranges, roasted beets, and candied pecans tossed lightly in a Dijon and red wine vinaigrette, followed by an entrée of roasted Canadian pork loin (accompanied by a garden thyme jus, served with roasted mini reds or mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and butternut squash) sound? If you still have room for dessert, hello raspberry buckle torte! You are also welcome to enjoy wine with your meal. 

We craft our menus for each season to highlight ingredients from our local suppliers, cooking dishes from scratch to give you optimal taste and nutrition. You will never see the same lunch or dinner feature repeated twice in a four-week period.

You’ll also enjoy themed nights when our dining and life enrichment teams get together to plan holiday celebrations, or to showcase an international cuisine and culture. If you have special dietary considerations, we are happy to accommodate you.
