We have a lot going on at Chartwell Bowmanville Creek! Our residence is a lively and vibrant place, with a full complement of optional activities and amenities on offer, allowing you to participate as much, or as little, as you please. With a heated indoor pool, indoor putting green, demonstration kitchen, as well as several spots perfect for impromptu socializing, our residence offers a small slice of resort-like living.

We offer a selection of activities from our LiveNow life enrichment program that includes many meaningful experiences, all of which are based on the six dimensions of wellness—physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational. For example, our signature Rhythm ‘N’ Moves and FitMinds classes are purposefully designed to engage, inform, entertain, and challenge you!

What would you like to do today? The day is young and so is our mindset at Chartwell Bowmanville Creek! We offer a grand selection of activities, events, outings, and socials to interest, engage, challenge, and inspire you. It’s easy to keep fit when you can choose from chair yoga, Tai Chi, or gentle exercises on the patio, to name a few classes. Learn something new in our FitMinds workshop or “Today in History” classes. We offer chess, trivia, Scrabble, and Bridge sessions too, as well as musical get-togethers. You’ll see us enjoying movie nights, ice cream socials, and Happy Hours, as well as outings for some retail therapy, picnics, and some of the events that our vibrant Bowmanville community has to offer. We’re fortunate too that Rotary Park is steps away, so we can enjoy regular summer performances and festivals. Our goal is to offer you an enriching and engaging lifestyle on your terms, including simply relaxing in your suite or with a drink in our pub.
