Senior Living Suites at Chartwell Thunder Bay in Thunder Bay

Spacious, welcoming, and accessible, our independent living suites are available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each with a kitchenette. A number of these suites feature tranquil views overlooking the trees and well-kept green space that surrounds the residence. Your small pet can join you in your suite if you wish too! Seniors’ townhomes are also available at Chartwell Thunder Bay. These two-bedroom homes include a full kitchen and your own attached garage, so you can live independently but still enjoy access to a vibrant social life through the activities and amenities at the main residence.

What services are included in a retirement residence in Thunder Bay?

At Chartwell Thunder Bay, we’re happy to offer a range of services designed to enhance your comfort and quality of life. Your rental fee for your independent living suite covers utilities, including electricity and in-suite thermostat so you can control your own heating and cooling. Enjoy three delicious daily meals, as well as weekly housekeeping and cable TV. Rest assured that you have 24/7 call-bell access to staff for support, including nighttime emergency response. You also have your own outdoor parking space. You may decide to add on other optional features, including telephone, laundry facilities, concierge services, transportation services and hair salon services. Care services can be added to independent living suites, while a meal plan can be added to a senior townhome rental fee.
