Chartwell Scarlett Heights Memory Care

4005 Eglinton Avenue West, Etobicoke, Ontario M9A 5H3

"Personalized care for individuals living with dementia; ongoing support and guidance for their family."

Chartwell Scarlett Height’s Memory Living Neighbourhood is a supportive and independent environment for seniors living with dementia, located on a dedicated floor of our retirement residence. Our unique, person-centred approach to memory care means our trained and caring staff seek to establish strong social connections with residents in order to foster trust and familiarity. We also partner with families to learn each person’s life history—all to better understand their story and form meaningful relationships. To better support the families of our residents, we have a dedicated Social Worker on-site to provide orientation, facilitate family conferences and deliver counseling services if desired. Family members are also encouraged to drop by any time to speak with our Memory Living Manager.

Flexible care and support

To ensure personalized support, our Care Assist program—an offering of à la carte wellness services and all-inclusive care packages—further provides you with the flexibility to add or remove services. This empowers you to create a customized care plan that meets your unique needs, preferences and abilities so you can feel your best each and every day.
