Choose from a variety of floor plans within our spacious and well-appointed one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with kitchenettes (including microwaves) for snack or light meal preparation. All suites have large windows, and many have ensuite bathrooms with grab bars. You’ll find beautiful views of adjoining Buttonwood Park in some of our suites, with others enjoying a panoramic vista of the Toronto skyline. Two-bedroom suites are perfect for couples, or simply if you have more furniture or personal items. Our residence has four elevators for quick and easy access to your suite, and we are pet friendly too!

What services are included in a retirement residence in Etobicoke? 

Your convenient monthly fee at Chartwell Scarlett Heights includes your choice of one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites with kitchenette (and microwave). Your fee also includes our life enrichment activities and amenities, and the following value-added services: two daily meals, weekly housekeeping, and linen service, cable TV, heating, A/C, and individual thermostat control are also included. For your safety and security, we also include a call-bell system and grab bars in your suite. Our residence is pet friendly.
