Through our flexible Care Assist Program, you can choose the level of support that suits you best—from help with daily routines like dressing, bathing, or medication management, to specialized wellness or esthetician services. You’ll also benefit from on-site nursing support and visiting healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and physicians (subject to availability). With a strong focus on independence and choice, you can relax knowing your needs are met, your preferences are respected, and your peace of mind always comes first.

Ready to downsize and simplify your life? Searching for a worry-free lifestyle that lets you enjoy your retirement years to the fullest? Then you’ll love our seniors’ villas at Chartwell Riverstone!

Nestled beside our seniors’ apartments, our private enclave of one-floor villas is perfect for older adults who want to maintain their independent lifestyle while enjoying modern comfort and convenience. Each 1,035-square-foot villa features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept living area, and a full kitchen equipped with five major appliances, including a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. You’ll also have your own private driveway, single-car garage, and front and back porch overlooking landscaped green space. To make life even easier, villa residents enjoy monthly housekeeping, yard maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal—all included in their rental package.

As our villas are located adjacent to the main residence, you’ll also have access to all of residence’s on-site amenities and programs. This includes use of the fitness studio, social and games lounges, complimentary dining experiences each month at the Skylight Restaurant and On the Rocks Lounge, and a calendar of engaging social events and clubs.
