Enjoy three delicious daily meals in our restaurant-style dining room, along with weekly housekeeping, linen service, heating, air conditioning, and electricity—with individual thermostats so you can set your own comfort level. You’ll also have concierge support, 24-hour access to caring staff, and an emergency response system for peace of mind. Optional add-on services include indoor parking, hair salon and esthetician services, cable TV, and personal laundry, giving you the flexibility to tailor your lifestyle to your preferences.

For our seniors’ apartments, your rent includes bi-weekly housekeeping and 24-hour on-site staff support. You’ll also enjoy access to the full range of amenities, programs, and services in the main residence, along with modern security features for comfort and safety. Optional add-ons include weekly housekeeping and indoor parking.

For our seniors’ villas, you’ll experience a spacious, independent lifestyle with the added convenience of monthly housekeeping, yard maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal—all included in your rent. Each villa features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with five major appliances, and a private garage and driveway. As a villa resident, you’ll also enjoy access to the amenities and programs offered in the main residence.

Across all three lifestyle options, your rent includes access to transportation services and keyless entry for added ease and convenience. Each living option also features eco-friendly, energy-efficient designs, including solar-powered systems, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and Green Seal cleaning practices.
