These renovated, pet-friendly villas come equipped with five brand-new in-suite appliances: a front-loading washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic stove/oven, and a vented microwave/exhaust fan combination above the stove. You’ll also benefit from upgraded quartz countertops, modern lighting and flooring, individual thermostats for heating and air conditioning, and pre-wiring for cable and internet.

There is no minimum age requirement to live in one of our townhouses. You’ll find our residents are typically over the age of 65, however our age range can be quite broad as someone 90 years old may be just as active, healthy and independent as someone who is 70!
