At Chartwell Tranquility Place, our main residence features inviting studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom-plus-den suites, many with convenient kitchenettes for preparing light meals. Some suites have patios or balconies to enjoy our gardens and green space. Outdoor parking is an available option.

Surrounded by trees and set back on our five-acre grounds adjacent to the main residence, our seniors’ apartment building is perfect for independent seniors or couples, featuring modern, well-appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments with patios or balconies. Cooking is a cinch in your full kitchen with five appliances, including full-size refrigerator, and in-suite laundry facilities.

Both our seniors’ apartments and main residence welcome your pet.

At Chartwell Tranquility Place seniors’ apartments, your monthly fee includes much more than your spacious and accessible apartment with full kitchen and in-suite laundry, but a value-added list of inclusions: monthly housekeeping, electricity, A/C, and individual thermostat. For your safety and security, we also include a security system and emergency pendant. Residents also enjoy access to all amenities and activities in the main residence in their monthly rental fee.
