Your one monthly fee at Chartwell Avondale includes rental of your suite and many other services, activities, and amenities, including the following: three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, as well as linen service. You’ll feel safe and secure, knowing that we also include a Personal Emergency Response Pendant, secure front entrance, and exterior security cameras. Telephone, heating, A/C, electricity, and individual thermostat control are also conveniently included.
