For your comfort and convenience, each townhouse is equipped with in-suite laundry facilities, an individual thermostat so you can control heating and air conditioning, and a deck that backs onto stunning greenspace. If you have a car, you’ll also appreciate the attached garage to protect your vehicle from the Canadian weather we all know and love!

Our staff are here to provide as little or as much support as you’d like, with your flexible service package including interior and exterior maintenance of your beautiful townhouse, utilities, personal mailbox, indoor garage and outdoor driveway parking, and access to à la carte meal options in our social dining settings in the main residence. Enhanced meal packages, telephone, cable TV, concierge, hair salon services and transportation services are available for an additional fee.

    In addition, you can choose to participate in any or many of the engaging and enriching activities, classes, talks and outings we offer at our residence—from live entertainment, films and Happy Hour socials to exercise classes, guest speakers, card games, billiards, culture theme days, gardening, and walks along beautiful paved trails around the lake. Our lovely on-site amenity spaces serve as an extension of your private accommodations, and include a well-equipped fitness room, games room, movie theatre, fireside library, dining room, country kitchen, lounge, large terrace with a gazebo, benches and other seating areas, and many other places for casual socializing.

      Yes! We encourage new residents to create a space that reflects their personality and style. Anything from your favourite chair, painting, cabinet or any other decor can help you feel comfortable and adjust quicker to your new home.
