When it comes to our independent living suites, in addition to three delicious daily meals, your rent for your private suite includes weekly housekeeping, linen service, air conditioning, heating and electricity (with individual thermostats so you control your suite’s temperature), concierge services and a call button to reach staff. Add-on services include indoor parking, hair salon services, access to laundry facilities and cable TV.  

What’s included with your senior apartment suite? Monthly housekeeping, utilities (heating, air conditioning and electricity, with individual thermostats so you control the temperature) and 24-hour access to on-site staff support are all part of your rent. You can also decide to add a variety of optional services like weekly housekeeping, cable TV, personal laundry, indoor parking, hair salon services, and up to three daily meals if you wish. 

For both independent living suites and senior apartments, your rent also includes modern security systems and access to transportation services.
