In our independent living suites at the main residence, your rent includes three daily meals plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and towel service, and utilities (cable TV, electricity, and heating with an individual thermostat so you control the temperature).

In addition to full kitchens and utilities (cable TV, electricity, and heating, also with an individual thermostat), our seniors’ apartments give you the option to add meals, outdoor parking, and personal laundry and housekeeping services if you wish. For peace of mind, both residences offer a call bell system to contact our bilingual staff, secure entrances, and other security features.
