Our pet-friendly, well-appointed independent living suites are available in a studio or one-bedroom configurations in the main retirement residence. You could also opt for a beautiful studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment, which include a full kitchen, in our adjacent seniors’ apartment building. We are also pet friendly!

What services are included in a retirement residence in Vanier? 

Services that enhance your comfort, quality of life, and independence are the hallmarks of retirement living at Chartwell Héritage. In our independent living suites at the main residence, your rent includes three daily meals plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and towel service, and utilities (cable TV, electricity, and heating with an individual thermostat so you control the temperature).

In addition to full kitchens and utilities (cable TV, electricity, and heating, also with an individual thermostat), our seniors’ apartments give you the option to add meals, outdoor parking, and personal laundry and housekeeping services if you wish. For peace of mind, both residences offer a call bell system to contact our bilingual staff, secure entrances, and other security features.
