Freshly prepared meals and snacks are then made in-house by our food service team and can be enjoyed in the dining room or in the bistro. Themed dinners bring everyone together to celebrate seasonal events or different cuisines, and your friends and loved ones are welcome to join you for a meal or family dinners.

The food and dining room energy help shape the wonderful dining experience at Chartwell Lansing. In the dining room, you’ll be greeted and served by the welcoming food service team. You can count on our servers to be attentive to your dietary restrictions, preferences and requests. Additionally, you’ll get to meet our Food Service Manager who invites feedback and looks forward to providing you with the best possible dining experience every day. Our menus feature everything from comforting homestyle favourites and freshly prepared salads and soups, to themed meals and homemade desserts. Residents can choose a feature dish from the ever-changing menu or from the à la carte menu. You might order cream of cauliflower soup with pulled pork on a bun for lunch and a garden salad with pan-fried haddock for dinner and pecan pie for dessert. No matter what you order, your meal will be seasoned with love and care.
