With our Care Assist Program, independent seniors can age in place at Chartwell Barton with the level of care and personal support that is right for you. Our program is all about flexibility, so you can choose only the care services you need—either à la carte or an all-inclusive package—to help you live comfortably.
At Chartwell Barton, we have an on-call nurse and a call-bell system for your peace of mind. We can also support you with medication management, your daily living activities, pharmacy services, foot care, and blood pressure clinics. We can arrange for you to meet with our visiting physician too.
You’ll also receive a variety of valuable services with your accessible suite, including three nutritious and delicious daily meals prepared and served in our dining room, along with freshly-prepared snacks available in our bistro. Your private suite also includes weekly housekeeping to keep your space tidy, heating and cooling, electricity, and access to laundry facilities. If you like, you can pay an extra fee to park your car or have your hair done in our convenient on-site hair salon.
Your independent living lifestyle also includes access to a dynamic calendar of events and activities where you can learn something new, rekindle your passion for favourite pastimes, or socialize. Our welcoming community allows you to be as active in social and recreational programs as you like.
