What services are included in a retirement residence in Dundas?
When you rent a suite at Chartwell Georgian, you’ll have everything you need to make it feel like home, with none of the upkeep of home ownership. Our monthly rental fee includes access to our recreational programming and social activities, as well as three delicious meals a day and weekly housekeeping services. It also includes electricity, cable TV, and heating and air conditioning with an individual thermostat that you control. We’ve thought of all of your security and safety needs too, with a secure entrance, features such as grab bars in the washrooms, and a call bell that gives you quick access to our staff 24 hours a day.
Of course, you can add on any of our many extra conveniences: from assistance with your daily living activities to personal touches like newspaper delivery, we’ll help find the services or package that works best for you.
