At Chartwell Georgian Traditions, our trained and caring staff employ a person-centred approach to memory care, establishing strong social connections with your loved one to foster trust and familiarity, while partnering with you and your family to better understand their unique life story. We do this in order to help your loved one feel at ease and so we can better communicate with them to help them feel understood and supported.Memory care support for families of residents
As we are committed to forming meaningful relationships with both our residents and their families, we also offer the services of a qualified Social Worker to family members in need of support, including the delivery of orientation, facilitation of family conferences, and personal counselling services. We encourage you and your family to drop by our lounge any time for a meeting with our knowledgeable Memory Living Manager too.Special program features for seniors with dementia
