Our well-appointed studio suites feature your choice of two floor plans, each with a spacious combined living/sleeping area, with room for your bed, a seating area, and dinette table, as well as full bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator and sink.  

Choose from four different floor plans in our one-bedroom  suites that offer a living/dining room, separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.

    Your one monthly fee at Chartwell Martha’s Landing includes a choice of studio or one-bedroom suite with kitchenette, and many other services, activities, and amenities, including the following: three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, and linen service. Phone, Cable TV, heating, and A/C are also conveniently included. You’ll feel safe and secure, knowing that your monthly fee also incorporates a call-bell system,  access to staff on a 24/7 basis, grab bars in your suite, and a secure entrance to the building.
