What services are included in a retirement residence in Burlington?

The monthly rent at Chartwell Lakeshore doesn’t just encompass your spacious and accessible suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: three nutritious daily meals, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation services, and a call-bell system that provides access to staff 24/7, including emergency response at night. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat in your suite so you can set the temperature of your home.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, personal laundry, scooter storage, mail delivery, in-suite dining delivery and hair salon services.
