The monthly rent at Chartwell Lakeshore doesn’t just encompass your spacious and accessible suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: three nutritious daily meals, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation services, and a call-bell system that provides access to staff 24/7, including emergency response at night. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat in your suite so you can set the temperature of your home.
