Senior Living Suites and Pricing at Chartwell Allandale Station in Barrie

The independent living rental fee at Chartwell Allandale Station includes so much more than your suite. You’ll receive three meals a day, as well as freshly prepared snacks in the bistro. You’ll also receive weekly housekeeping. Each suite has its own thermostat so you can control the temperature on your own, plus accessible grab bars in the washroom. Your rental also includes your utilities, access to our helpful concierge, and a personal mailbox. Care is available if you need it. 

For those who benefit from the additional care available in our assisted living neighbourhood, your fee includes three meals a day, personal laundry and housekeeping services, and all utilities. You’ll also have a call bell in your suite, giving you fast access to our staff, day or night.
