At Chartwell Hollandview Trail, we offer two levels of support for seniors with varying lifestyles, preferences, and care needs: independent living is ideal for active or semi-active seniors who may benefit from some care services to feel their best each day and remain independent, while our dedicated assisted living neighbourhood is designed for older adults who would benefit significant daily support and care to maintain or improve their quality of life.
Independent living
Care Services available
Seniors who choose our independent living lifestyle are active and engaged in our community with cheerful staff providing support. You’ll have access to our on-site nurse and pharmacy, plus you can take advantage of our Care Assist program if desired. That allows you to choose from a menu of support services such as medication administration, help with grooming, and a number of other care options to ensure you’re getting the assistance you need with your daily routine.
Your suite comes equipped with a call bell for fast access to our staff, day or night. We also work with a team of trusted health care providers, such as physiotherapists, physicians, and even estheticians, who we’d be happy to introduce you to if you require their services.
We want your new home to be as worry-free as possible, which is why your monthly fee includes three delicious meals a day and weekly housekeeping services. Of course, you’ll also have full access to our wonderful amenities and activities, too.

Assisted living
Residents who choose to call our dedicated assisted living neighbourhood home are seeking more support to ensure their comfort and peace of mind. Here, the level of support you receive is highly customizable and personalized, and can include companionship, assistance with activities like dressing and bathing, having an escort to meals and activities, oxygen service, and so much more. We also offer physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, as well as dementia support. Your plan is easily changed at any time, allowing you to add or remove services as your needs change.
Your monthly fee also includes three healthy and delicious meals a day, as well as weekly housekeeping and laundry. Every suite comes with a call bell, giving you fast emergency support. We’d love for you to enjoy our many amenities and activities as well.
