Our independent living lifestyle offers four options when it comes to suite sizes. First is our studio suite, perfect for seniors looking to live simply. Then we have our one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus-den layouts. These are great options if you’re looking for a bit more space or you’re bringing many beloved belongings with you. For couples or individuals who want a roomy suite, we also have two-bedroom layouts. All suites are pet-friendly and come equipped with kitchenettes. For residents on our dedicated assisted living floor, we offer studio suites with kitchenettes, perfect for the times you feel like fixing a snack or a cup of tea.

What services are included in a retirement residence in Barrie?

The independent living rental fee at Chartwell Allandale Station includes so much more than your suite. You’ll receive three meals a day, as well as freshly prepared snacks in the bistro. You’ll also receive weekly housekeeping. Each suite has its own thermostat so you can control the temperature on your own, plus accessible grab bars in the washroom. Your rental also includes your utilities, access to our helpful concierge, and a personal mailbox. Care is available if you need it.

For those who benefit from the additional care available in our assisted living neighbourhood, your fee includes three meals a day, personal laundry and housekeeping services, and all utilities. You’ll also have a call bell in your suite, giving you fast access to our staff, day or night.
