Here’s how it works: you select the suite that matches your taste, priorities, and budget—from a comfy, cozy studio to a spacious two-bedroom that’s perfect for couples. Your monthly fee will cover all of the essentials for daily living, including three delicious meals a day and utilities such as heat and air conditioning that you control with an in-suite thermostat. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in an incredible array of social events and activities, from book clubs and billiards to exercise classes and gardening. You’ll even have a call button that gives you quick access to our staff anytime you need it.

Next, select the services you need to maintain your independent lifestyle from our extensive à la carte Care Assist menu. Maybe you need a bit of help getting to and from your suite, assistance with your morning or evening routine or medication management. You only pay for the services you require, and your customized care plan is flexible—simply let us know at any time if there’s anything you want to add, subtract, or modify! We also have all-inclusive packages, too, for worry-free, comprehensive support. You’ll always work closely with our Health & Wellness Manager to find the best solution for you.

You’ll also have access to additional services from trusted partners on site, such as foot care, physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy.
