At the heart of our activities is our LiveNow program, a series of enriching workshops, classes, and groups. First off, we’ve got wonderful ways to keep physically fit, like our popular Rhythm ‘N’ Moves exercise class, where you can work on strength, mobility and coordination in a fun, pressure-free environment. We offer plenty of art classes, tutorials, and workshops if you’re looking to explore your creative side and develop new skills. FitMinds is a unique way to keep your brain sharp and build cognitive resilience through activities such as puzzles and card games too.
We know how important connection and community are: that’s why we created our H.O.P.E. program, a wonderful way for you to stay engaged and in service through volunteering. Meanwhile, our Java Music Club allows you to join other residents seeking to explore and deepen your spiritual side.
We also have lots of live entertainers coming to perform at the residence, as well as guest speakers eager to share their passions and expertise. Day trips will give you the chance to go shopping or explore local attractions or cultural destinations so you can enjoy group outings to local plays, museums, or restaurants.

We even have a fitness room for our exercise classes, and a movie theatre where we screen new picks and old favourites. Our property also boasts lush outdoor spaces, including beautifully manicured walking paths and a patio perfect for warm-weather gatherings.
