The monthly rent at Chartwell Hampton House doesn’t just encompass your well-appointed and accessible suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: one nutritious daily meal, weekly housekeeping and linen service, access to laundry facilities, transportation services, and access to staff 24/7, including emergency response at night. Don’t forget utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat in your suite so you can set the temperature to your preference.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include an additional meal and in-suite meal delivery service, indoor parking, scooter parking, newspaper delivery, a personal mailbox, storage, and hair salon services.
