There are also utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, including an individual thermostat so you can set the temperature of your personal space.
Optional services that can be added to your rental package include up to three meals daily, indoor parking, transportation services, personal laundry, scooter parking, storage, in-suite meal delivery service, hair salon and guest room rentals.
