What services are included in a retirement residence in Edmonton?

The monthly rent at Chartwell Heritage Valley doesn’t just encompass your spacious and well-appointed suite, but a long list of valuable inclusions: one nutritious meal daily, cable TV, weekly housekeeping and linen service, access to laundry facilities, access to staff 24/7, a security system, and emergency response. Don’t forget utilities like heating and electricity, including an individual thermostat so you can set the temperature of your home.

Optional services that can be added to your rental package include up to three meals daily, mail delivery, personal laundry, indoor parking, Wi-Fi, scooter parking, in-suite meal delivery service, hair salon services, and guest room rentals.
