Eligibility and funding for assisted living in Calgary
To qualify for Continuing Care Home Type B (assisted living) services at Chartwell Fountains of Mission, you or your loved one will begin with an assessment by an Assisted Living Alberta (ALA) Case Manager, who determines eligibility and coordinates and funds your services at our residence. While care is funded by ALA, subsidized accommodation and other service fees still apply.
Chartwell Fountains of Mission works closely with ALA to make the process of living with us as seamless as possible, helping to ensure you receive timely support as you ease into your new home.
