Care Services available
Our independent lifestyle offers a variety of services that can make daily life convenient and enjoyable. If you’d like to take a night off from cooking and dish clean up, you’re welcome to join us for a delicious and nutritious meal in our well-appointed dining room. Would you like to spend less time and energy on cleaning and doing laundry? We have housekeeping, linen, and personal laundry services you’ll love. You can ask our concierge for assistance, and for your peace of mind, we also have staff on-site 24/7 and emergency response.
Your health and wellness are important to us too, which is why we provide access to a number of valuable services and visiting professionals at your very doorstep. That includes support services such as an audiology/hearing clinic, blood pressure clinic, and esthetician services. As your needs evolve, home care services can be accessed via Alberta Health Services or additional third-party providers.
Our residence offers Continuing Care Home Type B, a subsidized lifestyle option that combines convenient retirement services with personalized care support. This is ideal for you or a loved one if you need significant help with your daily routine and customized services that can help maintain or improve your comfort and quality of life.
We provide care services such as assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, vitals monitoring, an escort to meals and activities, and much more. Together, we will partner to build your individual care plan that meets your specific needs 24 hours a day.
To qualify, Alberta Health Services authorizes and funds accommodations and care services for you or a loved one at our retirement residence. Care and services are exclusively provided by Chartwell staff.
