What services are included in a retirement residence in Calgary?

The monthly rent at Chartwell Eau Claire doesn’t just reflect your spacious suite, but a variety of valuable inclusions: three nutritious meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, laundry facilities, transportation services, and access to staff 24/7 and emergency response. There’s also utilities like heating, air conditioning and electricity, and an individual thermostat so you can set the temperature of your home. Optional services that can be added to your rental package include heated underground parking, personal laundry, newspaper and mail delivery, scooter parking and storage, and hair salon services. Care services can be coordinated and funded through Alberta Health Services.
