To qualify for Continuing Care Home Type B Secure Space (memory care) services at Chartwell Eau Claire, your loved one will begin with an assessment by an Assisted Living Alberta (ALA) Case Manager, who determines eligibility and coordinates and funds your loved one’s services at our residence. While care is funded by ALA, subsidized accommodation and other service fees still apply.

Chartwell Eau Claire works closely with ALA to make the process of living with us as seamless as possible, helping to ensure you receive timely support as you ease into your new home.

In addition to our other non-registered staff like our friendly dietary servers and housekeepers, your loved one may have access to other professionals delivering rehabilitation or nursing care as coordinated by their Assisted Living Alberta Case Manager.
